Terms and Conditions
- All shortages and damage claims must be reported within 10 working days of receipt of product or claim cannot be honored. For damage claims, customer must retain the original shipping carton for inspection by the carrier.
- Return credit or refund will only be given on invoices that have been paid within terms and on time.
- Defective books may be returned without prior authorization for credit or replacement. Please identify the nature of the defect and the invoice number.

- Non-defective Products must be returned in saleable condition, free from stickers or dealer markings.
- Wholesale customer must request a Return Authorization Packing List form and return label. Customer will be asked to supply an invoice number, discount for each item and the date of invoice. If no invoice or information is provided credit will be at a 55% discount or highest discount offered on each title. (Note: from time to time we offer seasonal promotions that can be higher than 55% discount)
- Out of print items, items purchased on non-returnable special offers are not returnable, call 1-281-251-0830 to determine out of print status.
- Cash refunds will only be given in cases of duplicate payment or a publisher accounting error, otherwise returns will be credited to account.
