*Pricing includes proofing and editing, book layout and cover design, and all scans of illustrations and the preparation of FIRST PROOF COPY and PRINTING PROOF COPY to author as well as one final printed copy. Note all artwork or illustrations not provided by the author are contracted and billed separately as a third party and not included in the above fee schedule.
***Note: The Actual Printing of the book is invoiced separately from the preparation fees. Actual printing costs are outlined in the Project Cost Proposal.

Because we provide all base prices and offer “optional features” pricing to you the “Client” up-front, you will have a good idea of your printing costs before any work is started.
Charges for the printing and shipping of the “Clients” books are to be paid as follows:
A payment of 50% of the estimated total printing cost is due when the “Client” returns to the “Publisher” the First Proof Copy of the Pre-Press Manuscript. The “Publisher” then makes any changes requested by the “Client” and the corrected Pre-Press Manuscript is sent to the printing department who will then prepare a Printing Proof Copy of the book to be submitted to the “Client” for final approval. The remaining balance of 50% is required when the “Client” approves and returns to the “Publisher” the Printing Proof Copy.

If an author can come to our production office in Spring, Texas to receive proofs, no fees will be incurred.
